Playing with my new inreach. What a cool piece of gear especially since Ill be hunting solo this year. I would love to share my hunt with my buddies but thing is I dont want any of them to know where I am hunting....

Haha, good point. I've shared with all my buddies on a goat hunt, but never used the inreach on an elk hunt since I've been with other people. I'll have to keep that in mind in the future...maybe just have the wife on the contact list.

That's funny. There's only 2, maybe three other guys I will hunt with anyway and there aren't any secrets between us. At least I don't think so.....:) Two of them took two of us to a spot in Wyoming last year. The other 'newb' was not quite as well known as me. Was a bit of a gamble. Funniest text ever my buddy texts the four of us "Tim, if you tell anyone about this spot I will find you and cut your nuts off." I'm not Tim. So far so good I think.
