Pondering if this is a goos call... lots of nuts on the ground, clouds, drizzle, 55 degrees... not sure im really going to want my phone in my hands... what rhe heck though. 3 sits ago i missed an 8. 2 i had a bunch of deer in but not shots. 1 ago i saw nothing... hoping today brings luck. Buddy shot a nice doe a town south yestersay pm... maybe his luck rubs off...

Bou, there is a solid nne. The ridge im on sort of rolls it, and in this spot, nne or ne goes to the sw... wierd, but generally good.
Its public, and i spoke ro a couple hikers on the way in. Refreshing that they were totally cool with hunting!

Wind is wierd. Dead calm for 10 minutes then blows for 5... almost makes me think i should relocate to another spot i like 200yds east and higher up. Been a lot of action here though for this part of the state... think ill stick it out and try a different spot Tuesday.
One cool thing here are owls. Constantly hear barred and screech owls here...
