spotted 300 maybe more yrds away 5 yrds deep in the bush to my left on the lake shore 1 call and here he come on a string trotting like a horse in 1 foot of water as the suns setting over my shoulder (amazing to witness) turned off the boat at about 70 yrds and the guide paddled to within 45 yrd while calling to hold him there, it looked as though I could reach out and touch him at 45 WOW is about all I can say,, I drew stood up to a 1/4 to shot and couldn't think were I wanted to put it ( chest or side! chest) ,in that hesitation he spun to his left and started going away slowly so I put it under the left rib cage into the liver and 1 lung he didn't go 150 yrds but I backed out because of shot placement ..and I wasn't real sure ,,he was found early the next morning not far from where he went into the bush and in all the excitement I didn't turn on the spypoint cam UHHGG you can see the exit hole in that last photo thanks everyone for the compliments MikeC
