Nocturnal for 6mm FMJ

What one does that arrow take? Tried H which is what the local pro shop said, too big. Tried X which was way too small. Suggestions?

I believe the H nock should be the correct size for the 6mm. Nocturnals can be pretty tight sometimes. I found the little tool they sell for installing them and turning them off is pretty nice when putting a bunch in. Have also had good luck putting a touch of string wax around the base of the nock that slides in the arrow. hope this helps
