CO leftover List down?

So I am up against the wall and need to make a decision. I have been holding out waiting for a late season cow tag, but yesterday and so far today the list is not updating.
Anyone else seeing this? Any idea on if they will get it up and running. My schedule prevents me from making any phone calls until lunch. Thought maybe someone else had the answers here first...
