Guys, I have been fortunate to fill a couple tags sooner than I thought as well as have one hunt cancelled. I will have almost 2 months of "hunting season" with no tags! So, I am looking for hunting suggestions during the month of December. Whitetail, mule deer, etc. Some of the Missouri hunts look appealing, I like semi-guided, etc. Thoughts and suggestions please!

I would take a look at MN. There are some real bruisers there.

I own land in MN and am hunting there through November. I have thought about getting a muzzleloader tag, but the quality of bucks in late season is not what I am looking for.

I would recommend SD but looks like you already took care of that! Nebraska?

I have looked a little at Nebraska, but same as Missouri, I have never hunted either state and spinning my wheels as to reputable outfitters, hunting areas, etc. I have "googled" my eyes out the last few days. LOL

What about heading to the South and hitting the rut. Lots of areas in Tx, La, Ms, and Al have later ruts.

Yes and no. Was hoping to drive, and within 12 hours of ND.
