Any elk movement yet in CO 3//301?

Just wondering what the elk activity is like in CO GMU's 3/301 when they have not been pushed down by the snow yet (assuming that is the case this year). Think it could still be possible to find a cow somewhere out on the BLM or one of the SWA's? I have been trying to keep tabs on the weather up there and it doesn't seem like there has been a whole lot of snow or even many below-freezing temps, has me a bit discouraged. I am going to go out later this week regardless to check it out, but any tips or advice would be awesome. Thanks!
