Mule Deer Outfitter Rec - Youth Hunt

Looking for outfitter recommendations for a youth rifle Mule Deer hunt. Would need to be under a youth tag and/or able to draw with no points or have available landowner tags. The outfitter, guide and overall experience is most important to me as I am really looking for someone that is great with kids and would help me provide a great intro to big game hunting for my son. We live in Colorado so that would be preferable but could also travel anywhere if it was the right situation. I do know that NM has some great youth opportunities.
