I'm looking to purchase an archery bull elk landowner voucher for Colorado Unit 51. Any input or ideas on how to find the landowners that have Unit 51 vouchers would be appreciated. I don't need access if that helps. Thanks.

I would contact the state's office for that district. They should at least know the landowners who get the tags. Send an email to the office listed.

LKH they won’t release the names of the landowners who get vouchers for “privacy” reasons. I can understand that though.
