I have a suggestion for the hunters who use ground blinds and find it hard to discover the perfect chair. See the link below. You can even use it outside the blind if you paint it. The chair weighs 3 lbs and can be adjusted from 13.5" to 21" height, plus it is usable on uneven terrain.

Your idea of a perfect ground blind chair and mine are way different.

No offense but I couldn't imagine trying to hunt from that thing.

Thanks Six, but I'll stick to my Cabelas 360. Costs more, it's bulky and heavy, but I can sit all day and have.

inside a blind you can use a Wal Mart summer chair, it does not matter, but getting a chair to be used for run and gun, is another subject, which many have various styles they use,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, the biggest killer of most chair designs is weight and pack ability,,,, those that are made that fit the bill, sit too low to the ground.............. I am still looking,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

For a short sit I have a 3 legged stool, folds up nicely with unnoticeable weight.

Long sits I’ll use a camping chair, but I’ve noticed I have to get into shooting position early bc they do make some sound and creaks. Enough to alert game.

I have a Black out chair, for use,,,, it has a back, spins 360 dead quiet, well made and folds together, in its own shoulder strap case,,,, each leg is adjustable, from 2 to 19 inches and locks in position easily.... each leg has goose feet, that adapt to the ground terrain, you are on,,,,, the seat has a back......................................... the down fall again is weight, at 6lbs,,,,,,, I got rid of the case, and put it on my Pack Mule.............Again this is for being mobile,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, works good inside the blind...................but inside a blind, use what your comfortable with, since your not going anywhere, for the most part

I like the cabelas one drycreek shows. I would just as soon use a 5 gallon bucket as the one the op linked.

I found a three legged chair on amazon that I really like. It's very similar to the double bull three legged chair, but is lighter and cheaper. It's also black, which is good inside of the blind.

I made mine out of boat seats. This fall I made one for my Dad, he's 92 and still gun hunts. I covered with wool and I put a heated seat "cover" (for a car). I put a 12 Marine battery next to his blind for it. It keeps your back/core warm.

They are fairly portable, swivel silently and comfy.

LOL. I have the Cabelas 260 chair and I use it ice fishing as well as in my boat in the summer time and will use it in ground blind as well. Only downer is I don't like the round where the seat meets the back. A little too round which my back doesn't like. Other than that - a great chair.

I just bought 2 of these and they are really nice although I have not yet hunted out of them. They swivel 360 silently, have the big feet to keep them from sinking into the ground, back rest, adjustable seat height, adjustable legs for uneven ground so I beleive I will really like them. Will be selling off some of my other chairs including 2 huntsmore and a big Cabela's like in Drycreek's picture as soon as I decide these are the best.
