Yes , how popular would he be if it were shown the animals he imported had some disease? Maybe part of his punishment should be to destroy his herd, if it is a high fence operation.

$10K ? I guess it's taken a little more seriously here. The last guy that I know to get caught doing that was fined $1,000,000 and his entire herd was destroyed. He was a rich guy who thought he was above the law and the state made an example of him.

Just think, if hunters weren't so willing to pay BIG bucks to prove how great they are by shooting a deer someone else "hunted" for them, then this clown wouldn't have had the incentive to do this in the first place. He's only catering to a demand.
