Not sure how well the picture will show up, but my old man snipped it from the paper and mailed it to me. Seems my home state (AR) is looking to start paying out to the biggest buck killed- overall, per hunting zone, per wma, “freak of the week”, etc.

What a stupid idea....is this some diabolical DNR stunt to catch poachers. I can see the mechanical buck with the 190" rack getting oiled up right now. Should be a WILD fall down there.

The above newspaper article left off the last paragraph from the online story.
"The members of the commission were very reserved in their reception to the presentation."
I bet they were, ain't never gonna happen. Not endorsed by the state game and fish anyway. I also think his numbers of hunters who would participate are way to high.
