Do you have to replace both limbs if only one limb is damaged?

Unless buying used, I don't know of any companies that sell single limbs.

Call the manufacturer it might be covered under warranty. Never heard of anyone doing just a single limb.

Always replace the set. What is the bow?

If you know the bow has been dry fired, prob be good idea to change the axles too
