Wyoming draw stats are posted. You can look up your point pool to see your chance. I spent my max points for a unit 87 deer tag. Glad as I've drawn nothing elsewhere.

I had 10 points going in. Will it show as using a point earned this year also? I see zero apps for 10, but two for 11. I should’ve drawn, but I’ll see tomorrow.

Haha ya that and 130 as well. Seems everyone shifted to these. Fine with me. I was done waiting. Not interested in waiting for any 4%-6% draw odds units. Crazy.

Like WB said! Just go onto the G&F site into the 2017 odds section and click on what you want to see. When it loads just go up and change 2017 to 2018 and it will load the odds for this years draw. That will give you a good idea, if not a definite one, on whether you drew or now. I'll have to wait for the results tomorrow since both ones I'm in were not 100% draw. In the Reg PP Deer with 0 PPs 244 didn't draw and there were still 50 first choice applicants left that didn't draw in the Random either. I'm hoping I'm not one of those 50 since it would be the first time not having a buck deer tag in 20+ years of hunting WY. The Random doe antelope odds for the unit we hunt really went in the crapper. I may end up having to buy a leftover cow elk tag if I didn't draw in at least one of the two I entered.

It's pretty hard to screw up an on-line app with WY. I think they have one of the best systems for catching errors. Of course they can't stop you from putting in for the wrong unit!!!!!!

Got the consolation prize Region H tag. I already backed out of the moose draw (still have the points until they actually lapse next year) and decided to be done with deer too, as Region G keeps running away. No more points the way G&F has been sticking it to us of late.

Well what do you know - somebody wants me! Antelope buck and a doe in western Wyoming! A great friend of mine lives out there so we will have a roof over our heads, more food than we can possibly eat, and trout to catch. Should be a great trip!

***I hope you already have a ranch locked in to use those 23-2 buck tags at because they are only good for private land and access is usually not cheap for buck tags IF you can find a ranch that isn't leased by an outfitter.

Nothing here thank goodness. Already got 2 great elk tags and 2 great mulie tags. Gator in a couple months then barbary in February NM.

G was 19.44% draw with FIVE points in the Special and 81.58% with SIX points in the regular. Amazing...I have max points and that MIGHT allow my son and I to hunt a general unit in Wyoming for deer. Crazy.

***That's good if he has ranch access in 23, as you would be surprised at the number of people who apply for their tags and don't look to see what the tag is for in the regulation because Type 2 can be several different restrictions.
