I asked Pat if he knew which Bowsite members will have their trophies on display at the P&Y convention in Reno. Pat didn’t know but was curious and thought it would be interesting to find out.
I guess I’ll be first, my Shiras euro was fortunately invited. Originally I wasn’t going to send it but when it was explained that Bass Pro/Cabela’s would cover all of the shipping costs that made the decision easy.
Looking forward to meeting some of you in person and seeing some great animals.

There will be just over 170 trophy animals on display at the convention......the most EVER! I know there are a few trophy owners that are on here once in a while.

I was lucky enough to have 2 Sitka bucks invited. Thanks to the Club recognizing and ranking velvet entries, these 2, almost identical bucks, taken a year and 800 miles apart will be there.
Both bucks are top 10 all time in their category and like many others bowhunters, I have a renewed interest in hunting velvet bucks. Exciting times.

The velvet was really loose, it looks good in the pics, but pretty much just fell off

Pat designed his site to repeat certain posts, as his system recognizes which ones contain pertinent and reliable information. :)

Straight shooter I was surprised to see he was still in full velvet. I had been watching him and another bull, the other bull was completely shed of Velvet a week before season. I killed mine on 9/13. Look forward to seeing yours as well. Congrats on a awesome bull.
