Written Instructions on Using Huntstand

I am looking for written instructions for using the Huntstand App on a android phone. I can open the app but cant figure out how to make or delete a hunt area. If I can get it to work I would also like to use the other tools it has. I have not been able to watch any of the utube tutorials. That is why I am looking for written instructions.
