i picked up a couple ameristep g30 blinds a few years ago. much like you...i found them end of season at the local sporting goods store at a very reasonable price. they are almost just like the brickhouse except they are a couple inches shorter and a couple inches narrower. it would also appear that the side windows are a little larger on the brickhouse also.
not the fanciest blinds on the market but they do the job and do it well enough. the hub style is super easy to put up and take down. they are durable and have held up well. ive turkey hunted out of them with a 58" recurve. not optimal but certainly doable. a shorter compound would be a piece of cake.
looks like the brickhouse gives you a little more room just where needed.
