Attempting to locate Jack Belk

Jack Belk hailed from Tallahassee and was in law enforcement there for a short time. He moved to the Carbondale, Colorado area and then to (as I understood it)Idaho. I am attempting to locate him. He makes some fine knives, he made more than one for me, and is a accomplished gunsmith and knife maker. I knew Jack when he lived in Colorado.
