i was quail hunting a coupla days ago near onion mountain in 19A and found a nice velvet mule deer buck with an arrow in it. if anybody knows someone who lost a buck in the area near the cell phone tower and the windmill drop me a note and i'll let you know where to find him.

I just put this up on CouesWhiteTail.com also. Lots of local deer hunters over there.

good idea, thanks onecam. i've got the arrow i found with the buck. should have taken a pic of him, decent buck, hopin whoever shot him will get in touch with me and be able to identify the arrow.

one cam, thanks for your help. i really thought this was a shot in the dark but with your help i found the guy who shot that buck. turns out he lives in my hometown and was a student of my dad's in high school! small world! my dad went back yesterday with his dad and recovered the antlers! thanks again, T.
