Is there a list of game wardens/DEEP Patrol for each town or area in CT with a contact number in case of seeing illeagal hunting action? I looked on the DEEP site and could not find anything. I'm no snitch, but if I see poaching or if I'm being blatently harrassed by anti's - I'm gonna drop the dime.

There is a TIP line in the Hunting Guide I believe Smooth, and I beleive they rotate the officers around sometimes, but most are assigned a patrol area for a specific time. I believe the state troopers do the same thing for their own personal safety in case some bad a$$ holds a grudge or something.

I would suggest you contact dispatch and ask to be contacted by your local officer. At least one of them by me seems like a good guy and I now have his direct number in my phone just in case its needed.

Thanks, been watching that show "Northern Law" and I have a new respect for game wardens. Saw one go thru a pile of trash someone had dumped in the woods, found the address on an envelope and went to the house to resolve the problem.
That episode made me realize it wouldn't hurt to have the local wardens number in case I need to contact them.

I would like to have the warden's number as well but imagine if we all had it? Guy/gal would not get any rest.
