Let's see your Big Bucks your biggest from West Virginia and then your biggest from whatever State that you hunt elsewhere. I want to see some comparisons. Some guys on here are complaining that we have no Big Bucks so show me what i am missing.I do believe hunting could be better here for bigger deer but right now that's just the way it is. I have hunted Ohio since 1993 and my top 3 Bucks anyway came from West Virginia.

Funny...i have hunted in Alberta twice...1-120 inch WT and a small mule deer
Illinois the last 4 years...tag soup
Ohio, off and on for 6 or 7 years...tag soup..
Alabama once ...1 120 incher
and a 120 inch in WV last year.....
NO BIG BUCKS HERE

Here is a buck ,my stepfather took Dec.4th 1955 in hardy county wva. i was born in west virginia but live in ohio,but i still consider west virginia home. the buck scored 144 6/8 net.

If you want to see pics of our big bucks, go to the WVBA website homepage. Find the dropdown section "Big Game Records". When you click on that you see a section for Typical Deer, Non-Typical Deer, and Bear. Open up the section you want to see and there are the WVBA records with pics attached on many deer and some bear taken here in WV. Hope you enjoy and you may see a pic of you own buck or bear on here.

This has been my biggest. 127 6/8" gross, 124 2/8" net, killed in Clay Co. in 2000. #815 in WV Big Game Record books for typical whitetails. There's some big ones here!
