late season alsea cow tag

Hello, I have a cow tag for the late season in the alsea unit. Any thoughts of a good place to go. Will have to travel and camp out.How's the blacktail(late) hunting as well?

years ago hunted southeast of five rivers lots of sign but elk always on the move.
