Best Public Areas for Bow Hunting????

I would love to hunt on the east side of the state in one of the public areas.. I just don't know where to go and just need a little direction.. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to help me out?? I live south of Shreveport and have always wanted to hunt some of the Delta areas..
