Felsethal Refuge Expansion

I hunt just NW of Felsenthal and wondered if anyone has heard anything on the proposed expansion of the refuge? I know that it is being talked about and just wanted to see if anyone has heard anything. If they do end up expanding, they will most likely take the lease land that I hunt. Any info would help.
