Bear hunting property wanted

I am looking for property to bait and hunt bear on for upcoming September season. I have access to plenty of bait which I am willing to share with fellow hunters. Will always go though legal channels of mapping, licensing, etc. I will also pay for the use of your land. Please let me know through pm's.
