Hi Everyone,

I am selling a piece of property I own in another state and now looking for a new adventure. KY seems like a great state to hunt with very reasonable prices and a long bow season. Looking to get any opinions from local folks on the counties you would target and get the best bang for the buck. Any thoughts and your time would be greatly appreciated.

you can grow big deer anywhere in ky where grain farming exists. stay west of louisville to the mississippi river and look for ground with access to grain farms. check it for deer sign and then manage it.

land prices vary greatly in the region from 1000 per acre for tillable to 3000. if you have flexibility to shop around you can find a good deal relative to the market.
