How does SC notify successful gator permit applicants?

I assume your bank statement, followed by permit, I believe sc requires a sc resident to and guide to be present, www.dnr.sc.gov.. I beleive there a phone number to ask ? try 1803-734-3833

No guide required. I've already called and researched the details. I have a boat and pickup lined up. Now I just need to know whether I get that tag or not. Should be any day now.
