Marbles/Trinities fire update?

Decided not to hit the opener for Bear in that area after talking to the Klamath forest ranger. He said the inversion layer was making that whole area horribly smoky.
I know the whole section of the Marbles to the east is closed as are a couple of the roads going in from the east.
Anyone have a boots on the ground update?
