my buddy and I are going to unit 18 in a week and any info will help cause we are going in blind from iowa

You know there are quite a few deer down low and that is where I'd focus. Right where the grass starts growing in the pines.

I would recommend looking for a water seep next to a tree and sitting there until one comes in for a drink.

Really focus on the south central westerly eastish part of the unit. That is where you will find them.
