Fall turkey archery season question

I moved to Arkansas in May of 2012 and didn't get to hunt any. I noticed that there is no fall bow season for turkeys this year. Is this a normal thing for Arkansas? It is kind of disappointing. :(

yes okie, the commission shut it down a few years back. I believe due to the poor turkey hatches, but i'm not sure. I wish they would open it back up too.
