Beeze, how was your hunting trip? Does Mo have fewer deer now?

Hey Blu, tried posting earlier but system crashed over here and don't think it went through. The deer may have been there but they sure didn't come out to play. Got there Thursday night and set up stands Friday morning and hunted that afternoon. There were 5 of us on stand and I was the only one to see a deer. I slung one at her but just nicked her brisket. My nephew killed a young doe Sunday but those were the only 2 arrows slung the whole trip. there were 2 of us that never even saw a deer while on stand. We cut our trip short by 2 days as there was 100% chance of rain. All in all we had a good time! How was your hunting?

Not too bad. I took a small 8 pointer and my granddaughter just took a 5 pointer during youth season. Sorry to hear you had a couple of bad weather days. Thats Mo for you.

No biggy, it ain't the first "tag sandwich" I had to eat and it won't be the last! Probably headed down to the lease in Texas this weekend.
