hey guys my cousin has a farm in york and i know they issue Any deer permits their but if i am hunting the archery season doesn't it state that a permit isn't required for archery if the WMD issues permits for that area. so does that mean i can just shoot one with my bow without a permit?

During the regular archery season you do not need a doe permit to take a doe as long as you are in a wmd that does issue doe permits. However, that is only during the regular archery season. Once the firearms season opens you have to abibe by those rules even if you are using a bow.
