Quality Pass at MCAAP

I was fortunate to kill a doe at MCAAP this year and was given a "quality pass" for next year. Does anyone know how this works in relation to the user fee? I'm sure I have to pay it, I just don't know when its due or how to go about paying it.

You pay your fee at the time of check in on Thursday morning.
