Has anyone been finding any sheds yet?

Went out for an hour and found 2 leg bones but no headgear, now with the snow who knows when another oppurtunity comes along.

I still have photos of bucks with both antlers holding on. I usually wait till mid February

I have had little success finding sheds prior to the end of February. I'll be out looking for them a bit in March. I don't like to pressure the deer too much now by walking all around and pushing them all over. If bucks feel comfortable where they are and leave their sheds there I have a good idea as to where to hunt for them next year. I hope the snow sticks around, it helps me locate and follow the main trails and more importantly find bedding areas where I mostly find the sheds.

Good advice guys last year I went too early and did't find any.The year befor I went in march and found at least 8 sides only 1 matched set.I tried to beat the other hunters last year and paid the price with poor results.

Found this shed 13 yards dead center in front of my treestand on 01/21. Spotted it during a morning sit as it just caught my eye. Good thing I hunted this spot since it snowed in the afternoon! Drop was so fresh it still had blood on the end with dried skin and some hair. It pretty much signaled the end of the season in this one particular spot. Been after this buck for the last two years now. He has always shown noctural movement in the area. Only had him once on the camera all season. Went from a big 8 last year to a 10 this year. Guess this is his way of saying, "I made it through another year!"...as he flips his middle hoof.

I went for a walk with snow shoes last week not so much looking for sheds but following tracks/trails. Will focus on sheds when snow melts (June?).

Me and the wife had good day today shed hunting,,,still lots of snow but we just took are time in and out of open pockets of bare ground..She found the big one and was she ever proud...an I was proud of her too,,,hey she learned from the best hahahahah oh yea,, I found the small one.

Went to my Camp in Goshen... Wont be finding sheds for a few more weeks. The snow was at least 8-10" on the ground.

I usually find one or two skulls a year, i have found a lot more already. Found one couple of days ago looks like a fawn skull little bigger than a baseball!

Me and my 9 yr old went out last weekend and and found a young skull and that's it nothing else 5 hrs and that was it we tried though and my little guy was a trooper he didn't wanna stop
