How can I find what date I bought my lic

I know I bought it near the end of the app period last year, but my dad is going to app with me for elk this year and hasn't apped in UT before, so, managing the every other year thing is going to be a little tricky.
I can't find on the website the effective dates of the hunting license I bought last year.
Another question, how does UT round bonus points for elk in a party application? If I have 1 point and my dad has zero, will we have 0, 0.5, or 1 point in the draw?

I heard they take the low point holder but I am not sure.

Bonus points are averaged and then rounded down to a whole number. So a ave of 5 stays at 5, but a 5.5 ave gets rounded to five also.
You and your dad have 0 points the way I read the regs.

the hunting licenses are annual so it's good for 365 days after you bought it.

mine has the time of sale stamped right on it. 4th item down upper left corner.
