I drew an elk tag in 2009 and hunted that year. Will I be able to apply again this year? Thanks for your help!

I drew in 2010....and the way I understand it, have to sit out five big game draws (2011,12,13,14,15). If so, I won't be able to apply again until 2016.
If that is correct, this is year five for you to sit out of the draw.
If you apply online...it is a no brainer, as the elk application link will either be available to you or grayed out.
