My biggest buck to date

...and the doe, taken the last day of deer gun. I was so cold when she came by that I wasn't sure if I could draw my bow. I got to watch my sister follow the blood-trail.
Buck was with a 69# TallTines recurve and Muzzy phantom Doe was with a 1963 55# Kodiak Magnum and Zwickey 2 bld

Not the best picture. There wasn't anyone around to take a "hero" pic for me. Took this doe at MCAAP on Nov. 15th. Bob Lee Recurve, 54# @ 28", Easton Legacy 2216 and 125 gr. Muzzy Phantom. Had a HUGE buck following 2 does and grunting like crazy at them. He ran towards them and they scattered. Unfortunately, big boy followed the other doe in the opposite direction. This one walked right to me, stopped at 12 steps. Complete pass through, she ran about 20 yards and I watched her fall. Got the "quality pass". Counting the days until Nov. 14, 2014.
