Extra gear for kids/youth church group?

Just curious if anyone has old/unused camping, hiking and/or backpacking gear they'd be willing to part with free or cheap.
We have a very large group of kids/youth at our rural community church. Many of them desire to be involved in the outdoors, so some of us have been taking them camping and teaching them about God's country and all his amazing creation.
Having some gear on hand for them to use, at the church, available when we do these things would be greatly beneficial.
