Iowa DNR had a great meeting tonight. Lots of input and increased attendance from all around the state.
Key points from all the sites: 1: deer have been over harvested 2: no more doe tags 3: allow kids to use turkey tag for all seasons 4: 3 bag limit for geese 5: Keep politics out of DNR seasons and quotas 6: have an early Teal season

The DNR and the GOV. needs to quit handing out so called " Celebrity tags " !!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry IaHawkeye..... I knew I forgot one other important point that was brought up consistently... the use of "celebrity tags". People want these done away with or turned into "Wounded Warrior tags".

yes get rid of them celebrity tags give them to wounded warrior or sick children .
