Is anyone here planning to attend the Kentucky Tradfest? It's in Harrodsburg, KY, April 4, 5, and 6.

Jim, Ellen and I plan to go down on Thursday April 3 and enjoy that part of Kentucky (my birth state) and just hang out a couple of days. Red buds should be in bloom about that time and spring finally be here! That is a good shoot, not that far away, and lots of good vendors, good food vendor, and nice ranges. Cheap too! Free camping and fire wood for those who wish to camp and only $25 to shoot if you shoot for competition--$20 to shoot for fun. Don't know where you can have more fun for less money (unless the vendors tempt you with their wares :o).

Had a great time at the KY TradFest. Good to see Don doing so well after knee replacement, and Greg got along great following his hip replacement. Slip'n and slide'n around in the mud must have been good therapy for you guys.
Saw Dr. Dave Mitchell out there too. He gave some really BAD advice about some really BAD pulled pork. I won't soon forget. I owe you big time. :^)
Interesting we had to go to Herrodsburg, KY for Al to buy a bow from Dr. Dave.
Ron Miller shot so well, he embarrassed the rest of us--you rascal. :^)
Here's a picture of him and Al, with Ron's dear old friend, G. Fred Asbell.

Really enjoyed our trip there and seeing WVBA buddies there. Got to shoot some great bows there, shoot some aerial targets and a great range, ever though it was pretty muddy.
