White Buffalo Shooting Outside of ITM Test Site Redding, Ct. The ITM CDC tick test site known as The White Birch Road site is one square mile in area. The CAES which controls the test for the ITM test has recently ( 3/1/14 ) moved the one square mile test site by 2,700 feet ( 1/2 mile ) to the West of its original 2012 / 2013 position. By doing this the test site has increased in size by 340 new acres. The test site was also moved 200 feet to the South and by doing this the site was increased by 66 new acres. The White Birch Road test site is now 406 new acres or + 63% larger than its original size that the CT DEEP had originally approved. It would seem that the CAES ( Connecticut Agriculture Experiment Station ) which controls the study will not only move the ball in the middle of the game, but will also move the playing field to suit their needs to kill more deer. The explanation for this is simple, White Buffalo has killed most of the deer in the original White Birch Road test site and they have now expanded it by 1/2 mile West to kill more! By moving their test area to Top Ledge Road, White Buffalo and the CAES have broken another CT DEEP special permit regulation. WB has killed ( ? ) deer on Top Ledge Road and should be held accountable.
