Had the day off and did a batch for Easter.. lot of work but came out real good.

I built a red cedar smoker.. gives the meat a nice flavor. put a cold smoke generator on it and it works pretty good.

Kielbasa looks really good.
Did you use your Kreg jig to build your smoker?

Crow, used the kreg jig for the back, the rest is t&g 1x 6 cedar.
