So sorry for your loss, but as you said she' s in a better place, ..........no more pain or suffering. She's leaving a void in your life that can never be filled, but surely God will grant you comfort with wonderful memories of her.

When it hits you later, and it will when you do or think of something that reminds you of your mom, just think of the positive times and how and when she made you laugh, and the good times. Cherish those memories.

Hang in there buddy. I have been there with my dad. I often think of him while hunting. He sacrificed a lot to take me hunting as a lot of dads do. It wasn't until he got older and I took him hunting did I realize what he gave up in his hunt to take me. Hats off to dads and moms that teach there kids to hunt. It will get better JayD

Thank you all again - not only did she get to see dad and her parents again but she got to celebrate her birthday in heaven on the 12th. Guess there is not a better place for a party! Your prayers and thoughts really meant a lot to me! Even though I have only met a few of you - and we bicker on here every now and then - just want to let you all know I do think the world of you!
