Heading North

Van is packed and we are heading to New Brunswick for our spring bear hunt with Lloyd Gates @ Trophy Hunter Guiding and Outfitting. There is 4 of us heading up this week hoping for some big bears to be coming home with us

Good Luck! I hope you all 4 get great bears. Give up a run down on everything when you get back.

We went 3 for 4 my son shot one on the 5th evening that we didnt find I think we would of found it but it poured the rain all night and washed out all the sign. I killed a 260 lb dry sow,my brother killed a nice 200 lb boar (his first), Joe Lang friend of mine from Georgia killed a 375 PY boar (his first)with a recurve at 8 yds. We saw 34 bears in 6 days along with 4 moose and whitetails. Got a lot of video Joe and I got an hr and 40 minutes of video of my bear along with the shot we also had a cow moose and calf at 7 yds for 5 minutes and got it all on video.Also the fishing was awesome.

Congratulations sounds like a great hunt but we need pictures Sammy when you get time.

Congrats, nice bears. What happenned to the last ones head. Was that from the kill or from a fight with another bear?

Yea Tom that is a 5 ft by 9 ft table Lloyd built it will hold a moose no problem
