HHA Optimizer sight

Just installed a HHA Optimizer sight on my bow. As I was sighting it in I noticed a rattle/vibration when I shoot. I have pin pointed it to the sight. Everything is tight. Has anyone else come across this? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
