Sounds like our State Senator that likes to profess that he likes to reach across party lines and talk to people to find common ground to work out problems and find solutions to problems should have spent a little more time talking to his brother.

If I were more cynical I would think that all the pro-coal work he has been attempting to do would have been to help his investments in that Greene County, PA coal fired power plant approved and up and running so he could pay off his debts.
However my trust in elected officials lead me to think that he was doing all this for the good people of WV. The fact that his brother finally sued him after the power plant deal fell thru is probably just an bad-timed coincidence.
