I got a e mail this morning as how the doe permits and the rest of the license can now be gotten. But for us with life long license it may be up to a week + and then they should show up in the mail.

I picked up my doe permits and muzzle loader tags (they are camo color this year) yesterday from our town clerk. Still don't have my lifetime bow or this years back tags yet.

Got my Lifetime stuff yesterday in the mail.
Panels this year are multi colored with silhouettes of male and female hunters and game. Cool departure from the norm.
Going to order DMPs online now. (Hopefully).

Though I am not a lifetime holder my senior hunting partner is and he does not have one to date.
I have heard they had trouble with the paper and software this year and things ran behind some... agents are learning the new program as they go along.

Got my back tag, turkey, bear and reg. season deer tags today. I called the DEC about the Mz & Archery and the 1 DMP that I was to get. There answer was The Lifetime Lic. were sent out later then normal,they had problems. The Mz. and Archery and DMP are sent from a different place and You Will be getting them Shortly in the mail.

I got my lifetime today, but still have one son with his out in the wind. My first son applied for a got a DMP, problem is with no preference points I don't see how he did. Usually need 2 points to get a DMP

I have been getting a DMP every year without any preference points.and have less then 50 acres.

last one for my family came in the mail yesterday. 4H has less deer than some parts of the state. Usually takes two points or more for a DMP. They did increase the number given out slightly this year.
