Acorns??

Could someone tell how the acorn crop is this year?

I have not seen very many this year. Still looking. In this condition I find the best white oak possible and hunt it. Its best when only a few are putting out.

I hunt a lot of heavy oak hardwoods. I cannot locate a single acorn in a tree so far bad year for me it appears

I can not locate a single acorn either, but I have heard of a few single oaks dropping on peoples driveways and what not. I cant find one near my hunting spots though. All the bucks I had on camera though have completely disappeared in the last 2 weeks, which is extremely strange for this time of the year in my experience. The only thing that I can think of is oaks dropping away from where I have access to.

Have some white oaks dropping in my backyard.

I found 2 out of about 30.

White acorns dropping all over the place by me in Union Cty. Not as heavy as last year but still a pretty good crop.

The acorns aren't huge but my trees are heavy with them.
