I found this on another thread ... proves to use lime first fertilizer last for food plots to be successful.... I know this year it did for me

You say it over and over but a lot of people don't listen. You have to get the ph right first.

I read ed spinazzola's book and he states same thing. I had 5 plus acres cleared last year and pH was 4.8. I have since spread 32 tons of lime. I wont fertilize until next year.
