You can buy the ladder stands at sportsman's guide for $50. Why buy used?

Looking for some hang on stands to throw up on state land. Anyone got any old stands laying around they want to sell? Please post picture and price

I don't like ladder stands to big of a pain in the ass. I'm hunting a piece that is by boat access only to much to fit into a Jon boat

Sportsman's Guide has several hang ons for under $100. I picked one up last year along with a set of climbing sticks for about 125. They may not look like much, but it kept my 230 lb butt in the tree last season, and is there again this season. Pete

I for one don't like flimsy tree stands and I'm not a big fan of the hang on variety. I use a very solid, but old TREE LOUNGER with Bow Hunting Platform. Very solid, self climber which I lock with a bike lock to the tree.

Hate ladders. Have only one of them. The new model from lone wolf is pretty nice.
